Custom Orders
If you're looking for a custom item to be made especially for you then you are in the right place!
This page will outline the process of ordering a custom item(s) from New Day Crochet and hopefully answer some of your questions. If you have any further questions then take a look at my FAQs page or get in touch.

Step by step:
Get in touch via the contact page.
Some details you might want to include are:
Basic description of the item(s) you would like made e.g. colour, size, style
Any photo inspiration
Any deadlines or budgets that you have
A phone number and/or email address so I can get in touch with you easily.
From there I will get back in touch with any questions I have and we can work together to finalise any details making sure I understand exactly what you are looking for. This may be over the phone, through email or via a video call depending on the order as well as your preference.
At this point, we will also finalise the date by which you need your order. I will then factor in postage to come to a deadline for dispatch. However, unfortunately, I cannot guarantee the arrival of your package by a specific deadline if the postage takes longer than the timeframes outlined by Royal Mail.
At this point I will give you a quote and we can discuss a payment structure. Please see the pricing section below for further information regarding pricing and payment.
Once all the details have been decided I will send over the initial invoice and once this is paid I will get started on preparing your order! For larger orders, I will periodically send updates and maintain an open stream of communication. No matter the size of your order you are more than welcome to get in touch if you would like an update on the progress of your order.
Pricing:
I calculate the prices of custom orders based on the cost of materials, estimated time to make the item as well as other factors such as when you need to item.
For smaller orders, I typically ask for payment upfront and will send an invoice for the total amount.
For larger orders, we can discuss a payment structure. In some cases, it may be possible to break payment down into smaller instalments over the course of your item being made.
Timescale:
As I make every item by hand myself, timescales will vary depending on the current number of orders I have. I will do my best to accommodate any deadline you may have and will do everything I can to ensure your order is dispatched within the time frame quoted at the time you place your order.

Please note that I cannot guarantee an exact replica of an item. For me, knitting and crochet are an art, not a science. Therefore, every item may be slightly different. I do, however, do everything I can to ensure you are happy with the finished product and that it fulfils the brief I was given.
