  1. How do I place a custom order?

Placing a custom order is really easy! All you need to do is email, text, or call me using the information on my contact page with a brief description of what you are looking for. I will then get back to you as soon as possible where we can discuss your order in more detail. Head over to my custom orders page for a more detailed walk through of the process.

2.What is your returns policy?

Of course, I hope you love your order. However, if for some reason you wish to return your order please see my returns policy below:

If your order is faulty:

I do everything I can to ensure all items I sell are of a very high standard. If your item arrives damaged or faulty please email me with your order information as well as an explanation of the issue and a photo or video of the product as proof. Once I have received the returned item(s) I will refund the full amount paid (including initial shipping charge). Please note that the customer will be responsible for paying return postage.

If you no longer want the item(s) you purchased:

Ready to ship items - For ready to ship items I do accept returns but please note the buyer will be responsible for the cost of both the initial and return shipping cost as well as any admin fee occurred.

For custom items - Unfortunately I am generally unable to accept returns on custom items that are not faulty.

3. How long will my item take to arrive?

Ready to Ship Orders:

Unless stated otherwise I aim to post all ready to ship items within 24-48h of an order being placed so please allow for this time in addition to the postage option you have selected. If you need your order urgently please get in touch and I will do my best to help!

Custom Orders:

As part of the ordering process for your custom item we will discuss how long it will take for me to make and post your item as well as how quickly you need it. This may vary from a few days to several weeks depending on the order size and my availability. I always do everything I can to meet any deadlines you may have.

4. Do you have a size guide?

As each item is handmade, size can vary slightly between each item. If you would like an items specific measurements please get in touch and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

5. What is your cancellation policy?

Ready to ship items:

You can cancel your order up until your order has been shipped. After this point, please see my returns policy and get in touch if you have any questions.

Custom Orders:

In short, you may cancel you custom order at any point until your order has been shipped. You will, however, be responsible for the cost of any materials and/or labour up until the point of cancellation.
